With the national spotlight on women's basketball growing brighter than ever, one of the game's next rising stars isn’t in Los Angeles or New York—she’s in Austin, Texas, wearing No. 35. And no, it’s not Kevin Durant this time. It’s Madison Booker.

The 6’1” junior wing out of Gluckstadt, Mississippi has already developed a pro-ready game and is quickly becoming a household name in college hoops. Booker was recently named the 2025 SEC Player of the Year, a testament to her dominance on both ends of the floor. That’s just one of several national accolades she’s picked up in what’s shaping up to be a standout college career.

While much of the media buzz has centered around JuJu Watkins and the electric USC program, it’s time more people paid attention to what’s brewing in Austin. Madison Booker isn’t just part of the conversation—she may be leading it.
